Our expansion team is working closely with the founders and all operational teams to identify new markets and scale up existing markets. If you have profound business knowledge achieved through first-hand experience in an e-commerce business or consultancy and know our target market (UK) by heart, you are the perfect fit for the team.

As our Country Manager UK (m/f/x), you will be in charge of leading and executing our market development and growth efforts in the UK.


  • Be part of something big: As the first Country Manager UK (m/f/x), you develop and coordinate the UK expansion. You will work closely with the founders and the expansion team to build up a global DTC food brand
  • Accelerate growth along all dimensions: You co-develop and implement product-, pricing-, sales- and marketing strategies in cooperation with our operational teams and acquire B2B customers, influencers and cooperation partners
  • Operational planning, execution & monitoring: You are in charge of all operational planning and development efforts, e.g. managing the UK webshop, customer experience as well as monitoring day-to-day business, sales and marketing KPIs
  • Strategize and implement: You analyze the local market performance and develop appropriate measures for steady optimization such as advertising measures, product positioning and general brand development
  • Be our main representative: You build up our distribution channels and represent our brand and values in the local market

  • A very good degree in business management or a comparable degree
  • Experience in e-commerce (or similar), ideally in a business development role in a fast-paced environment such as a High-Growth Start-Up or Venture Capital
  • Ideally profound knowledge of the UK culture and retail landscape
  • A strategy mindset and the ability to turn big visions into actionable tasks
  • Strong communication and influencing skills – positive, clear, concise, and persuasive in style
  • Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel)
  • You are enthusiastic, a self-starter and result-driven
  • Enthusiasm for startups/entrepreneurship as well as food, health, and nutrition
  • Native speaker competence in British English (oral & written), basic German skills
