As VP of Sales, you will take over full responsibility for establishing and growing Stenon’s sales organization. Together with the founders you will define the international sales strategy and build high-performing teams across the globe. You will report directly to the CEO


  • Refine existing sales strategies and bring new approaches based on your experience into the company

  • Own revenue growth globally

  • Own and grow the sales channels (partnership channels, direct-to-farmer, and enterprise sales)

  • Break down the overall objectives into weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for your team and monitor the performance

  • Be responsible for forecasting and reporting

  • Utilize your analysis to conceptualize and implement change initiatives and programs across our multiple sales channels


  • A proven track record of developing a successful sales department

  • You are interested in the success of every member of your department team and consider yourself a people developer

  • A customer - and objective-oriented approach and strong communication skills and a hands-on approach

  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious quota/revenue targets

  • Experience hiring performing diverse teams and managing top tier talent

  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce

  • A passion for new technologies

  • Experience analyzing performance and identifying areas of improvements
